We are excited to open a job opportunity for an independent, proactive and skilled individual who will play a key role in managing our sales process from initial contact through to the handoff for closing.

As a Sales Development Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, handling all initial outreach, lead qualification, and the first meetings. Your role involves guiding prospects through the early stages of the sales process, addressing their questions, and setting the stage for a successful partnership.

The final closing of deals will be handled by the company leadership with a consultative approach to finalize agreements. Our goal is to close 2-3 ideal clients every quarter, and you will be instrumental in achieving this target.

This position is ideal for someone who excels at connecting with people, working independently, managing the sales journey, and preparing a smooth handoff for leadership to close deals.

Responsibilities

Proactively reach out to potential clients using cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and other outreach strategies.
Utilize Apollo.io for prospecting and identifying ideal leads.
Qualify leads by understanding their needs and aligning them with our service offerings.
Conduct initial discovery meetings and product demonstrations, highlighting the value of our solutions.
Personalize communication and outreach to resonate with each prospect, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
Address client questions and handle objections confidently, providing a clear and informative experience.
Follow up with leads quickly to maintain momentum and ensure timely responses to inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate follow-up meetings, ensuring a seamless transition for leadership to step in for final consultations and deal closure.
Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and updates in HubSpot.
Utilize LinkedIn as a key platform for connecting with prospects, nurturing relationships, and expanding the network.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies based on feedback and evolving market conditions.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes by sharing insights and proposing innovative approaches.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in a sales development or similar client-facing role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with potential clients.
Experience in selling marketing, brand design, or communication services is a plus but not required.
Familiarity with B2B sales, particularly in industries like commercial real estate or medical equipment, is beneficial.
Ability to dedicate 8-10 hours per week to this role.
Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
Skilled at qualifying leads and conducting initial meetings with a focus on uncovering client needs.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up tasks.
Proficiency in HubSpot CRM to manage the sales pipeline effectively.
Experience using LinkedIn and Apollo.io for professional networking, sales outreach, and prospecting.
Proven ability to personalize outreach and communication to effectively engage prospects.
Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while being an integral part of a collaborative team.
